A safe daily dosage of shilajit is between 0.25 to 1 g, but it is best to start with a lower dose to see how an individual reacts before gradually increasing it.

- Keep the threads of the Miron jar and lid clean and free from Shilajit overspill. Excess resin buildup can cause the container to become "glued" shut, making it difficult to open.

- If the lid becomes stuck, you can place the jar upside down in hot water to loosen it. Afterward, clean the threads of both the jar and lid with a wet paper towel to remove any resin buildup.
