Refund policy
At Earthlete, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at jarrod@earthlete.com.au. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please note, items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and notify us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalised items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. Items must be in the same condition you received them, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
