Shipping Rates & Options
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-7 business days. Rates vary based on your location and order size. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
Expedited Shipping: Need your Earthlete sooner? Choose expedited shipping at checkout for delivery within 2-3 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at jarrod@earthlete.com.au. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please note, items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
