HOW TO USE
Take a pea-sized amount once or twice daily. (Use the included gold earthlete serving spoon for the perfect amount.)
Allow the resin to dissolve fully in warm water, tea, or coffee, or eat directly off the spoon if preferred. Avoid boiling water. If it would scald your skin, it’s too hot for shilajit.
For best results, take consistently for 4 weeks to allow the minerals to accumulate. After this initial phase, cycle 5 days on, 2 days off.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I TAKE
A standard daily serving is approximately 0.3g (pea-sized).
Those with higher physical demands may take up to 0.5g daily. More is not better. Shilajit works through mineral transport and absorption, not dosage escalation.
If you’re new to shilajit, start small and increase gradually over the first week.
CAN I ADD IT TO ANY DRINK
Yes. Once dissolved, shilajit can be added to most drinks.
Warm water, tea, coffee, or milk are all suitable. Avoid boiling temperatures, as excessive heat can degrade delicate compounds.
Shilajit has a naturally bitter, mineral taste. This is normal and indicates intact resin.
HOW SHOULD I STORE SHILAJIT
Store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly sealed.
Always keep the screw threads clean to prevent sticking. If needed, wipe with a damp cloth and dry before closing.

Most commercial shilajit products are processed into powders or extracts for convenience and shelf life. This compromises function. We do not do this.
